Real Estate Administrative Assistant

 The ideal candidate will be high energy, self-starter with abilities to work independently & effectively to support a Real Estate Sales Team.  You must possess excellent skills in prioritization, time management, customer service and knowledge of current computer applications/devices used in day-to-day work life. Applicants must be marketing savvy with a good grasp of the internet’s impact on communicating with today’s marketplace.

Job Description

Real Estate Administrative Assistant

  • The successful candidate will be very detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects at any given time, extremely professional and customer service oriented. This person needs to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible, follow instructions, have problem-solving skills, and common sense.
  • Providing administrative and clerical support for team members (mailing, scanning, faxing, copying, filing)
  • Maintaining electronic and/or hard copy filing system
  • Preparing and editing documents like letters, reports, memos, and emails
  • Must be self-motivated and have excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to process, prioritize and follow-up on request
  • Must be able to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Cross-train on other job duties to help provide coverage for the office
  • Assist with special projects as requested
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone (Android or iPhone)
  • Smartphone technology and social media savvy is a must.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Composing and sending independent responses to emails, when appropriate; fielding incoming correspondence (phone calls, emails); creatively using communication technology.
  • Other duties as assigned

Marketing Needs:

  • Print design work – ads, mailers, and other special projects
  • Create Team Marketing Materials and Packet
  • Update all real estate site portals
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing & Social Media
  • Order marketing flyers & brochures
  • Creativity to offer new ideas and methods
